SA Duo win Namib Quest
IN what will be remembered as the closest dice ever over six days of mountain bike stage racing, Ludwig Malherbe and Almero Barnard of South Africa piped Namibia's Jacques Tattersall and Archie Graham to the finishing line on Friday morning in Swakopmund to win the gruelling second Windhoek Lager Namib Quest MTB Challenge.

Team Garmin MTB – Africa Series
Team Garmin MTB, consisting of professional mountain bikers, Yolandi du Toit and Ben Melt Swanepoel, are representing Garmin in the Africa Series, consisting of five stage races across SubSaharan Africa. The races have been selected to highlight mountain biking in Africa and to strengthen Garmin’s presence across the continent.

Male & Female winners to be equally rewarded in 2015
Organisers of the 2015 Windhoek Light Namib Quest have announced this week that male and female riders will receive the same prize money at this year’s event. Departing from Windhoek on 24 May 2015, the two-man teams will cover over 450kms as they make their way to the finish line in Swakopmund six days later.

Windhoek Light Namib Quest Screams Success
Close to 50 cyclists participated in the 6-day Windhoek Light Namib Quest which took place from Sunday, 21 May to Friday, 26 May 2017. Cyclists started the race in Windhoek and ended in Swakopmund, competing in team categories for ‘Men’, ‘Women’ and ‘Mixed’.
